Hey guys here's the last chapter!!!!!! Hope you guys like it!!!!! There is a surprise for each of you in the chapter!!!!

A Few Years Later:

Sandy walked to the door of his croft along with his two sons. He laid a hand on the doorknob as he looked at both his sons and smiled. His oldest son was tall and a mix between his and Jenny’s fur colors, his eyes were greenish grey and he had a look of one who is always ready to do mischief. “Jayden,” he said.

“Aye father, I’m nae in trouble again am I? It’s nae my…so well…so um…” Jayden trailed off rubbing the back of his neck and turning his head away.

Sandy shook his head, “Ye are so in trouble, but I’ll deal with ye later, for now get inside and tell yer mother what ye did in school today.”

“But, but…I…well okay,” Jayden said as he went inside.

Sandy then looked at his other son, golden in color with a white spot between his blue eyes. “Why does Jayden have to be so rebellious Kaleb?” Sandy sighed.

Kaleb pushed his glasses up and said, “Mother says its cause he’s so much like ye, at least that’s what mother says, donnae blame it on me. I’m going inside now to see if Kara is feeling better.” Kaleb then opened the door and ran inside.

Sandy laughed and shook his head as he went inside. He saw Jenny setting the table along with his beautiful girls. He watched as Jenny stopped setting the table and walked over to him, she hugged him and kissed him of the cheek. “Jayden told me what he did in school and I already gave him a lecture,” she said as she smiled at him, one of her beautiful smiles.

Then six does ran over to him and he hugged him. “I love ye father!” one of them said, she was short and looked just like Jenny.

“I love ye too, Marion,” he said as he patted some of the girls on the head. He then looked at Kaleb’s twin Kara, she looked just like Kaleb except without the white spot and glasses. “Are ye feeling better Kara?”

She looked at him with a beautiful smile on her face, “I’m fine, I feel lots better.”

“I’m glad to hear it,” Sandy said as he eyes turned to the doe who was now talking.

“Father.” His oldest daughter Sariana said, he looked at her, “Aye Sariana me dear.”

She smiled at him her dark brown eyes sparkling. “I think that I’m going to train to be a teacher, Jacket Longtreader said that he would teach me, if its okay with ye father.” She said softly.

“Did ye tell yer mother?” Sandy asked.

Jenny put her arm around Sandy. “She did and I said it would be all right if ye didnae mind.” Jenny then turned to look over at the other bairns who were drawing in the floor. She saw little Cassie telling Jayden that his art was amazing and that it was the best. She then laughed softly as Jayden kept saying nay it’s nae, but Cassie kept insisting it was good. Cassie was their little golden joy that made sure everyone thought their stuff was pretty and perfect, she was the little positive one, their youngest.

She then looked to Kara and Kaleb who were sitting in the floor pouring over a book. Kara was quiet and didn’t speak much, but her twin brother Kaleb was the same, there were the second youngest. She then looked over at Mercy and Katherine who were sewing. Mercy was their sweet one, but she did have a little bit of fire, she was shy but would come out of her shell when the time was right. Katherine was similar, but not as shy and always spoke the truth. The two of them were twins, they were dark in color like their uncle Angus, and were never far apart.

Then there was Jayden, he was just like Sandy, Jenny shook her head. Then Marion who was calm and could sing like a bird and always seemed to be helping in some way. Sariana the oldest of their bairns was all grown up and smart and kind, but also so honest yet, had away of being honest without ever hurting anyone.

Jenny heard a knock on the door and she took her eyes off of the barins and watched as Sandy opened the door. Jenny smiled when she saw Cassandra and her husband Whit, who had helped save her life he was now cruelly scared because of his braver and service to the Cause but he was a good buck. Cassandra and Whit came in with their two bairns both boys named Tate and James.*

Amos and Angus were with them, she ran over and hugged her brothers and closed the door. In a few minutes Duncan arrived with his fiancé Misty, then they all sat down and had supper.

And this is the end of Sandy and Jenny’s story!

*Tate and James were the first names I could think of as they happen to be our brothers middle names…lol…also our dad’s middle name is James as well….and our papaw’s first name is James….lol… it’s been passed down….
