Battle of Halfwind

Smalls and Heather sat staring at the ceiling of the cave. Heather needed a way to free the young prince and get him to a medic. She was worried about the large gash on his forehead.

“I’ll be ok,” Smalls declared.

“I know,” she sighed, but Picket and the others at Halfwind need us.”

Picket charged out of the mess hall, Coledon Blackstar and Jo Shanks following him. When they reached the Fowler’s course Helmer glared at the 3 bucks.

“Where is Perkinson?” he asked.

Picket sighed. “He betrayed Emma”

“Great. We’re short a buck.” He responded.
