Okay, so we’re curios as to how everyone found the site, we know some people came from the Wingfeather Forums, but what about the rest of us how did we find it?
We just accidentally came across the YouTube channel then found the site... it was totally an accident, but unlike most accidents this was a good one...
What about y’all how did y’all find the site?
I can't remember how I found it, I think I was looking for some fanart and stumbled across it somehow. Glad I did, it's a great place!
I was looking up interviews with S.D. Smith on youtube and I found the one that @Ian G. did with him, and from there, I think I looked up Green Ember fanart and it directed me here. I looked through a lot of posts on character, etc. before joining. Oh, and I found the wiki by looking up stuff for Prince Lander and the Dragon War.
I found NS when I joined the wiki.... I literally just joined today tho...
@Artham What? I was hoping to join soon!!!!!!
Yeah, the Wingfeather Saga forum closed.
I got on this site when it was made, because I was part of the GE thread on the Wingfeather Saga website, which I found through the Wingfeather Saga books, which I found through one of my mom's books about recommended books (is there a name for that kind of book?). Also, I just learned the Wingfeather website forum is closed now, which is really sad!
I am obsessed with turning the Green Ember into a movie so I did a Google search on if there was anything going on with that even though I knew that I would have known if so, and saw a post from here about adapting GE into a movie or show. In the words of Someone Something of Somewhere, that's about it.
I don't know either. I haven't been on there much. I was only on there a few days before I found the Wingfeather Site and that was what I was looking for so I mostly just look at the Rabbit Trails comics whenever they happen to come out.
The GHC is awesome! I've been to the Cincinnati and St. Louis ones. I got to meet a ton of people at them. I was sad that they were canceled this year. But S. D. Smith and I think Andrew Peterson weren't coming to St. Louis (The one I always go to) anyway. I hope S. D. Smith will come to St. Louis next year though, I want to bribe him with ice cream.
I don't remember. I found out about both Wingfeather and Green Ember through my mom listening to Read Aloud Revival. And we went to the Great Homeschool Convention and went to several Rabbit Room talks and then I just decided to get on their website and see what it was like.
I found it through the Wingfeather site which I found through the Rabbit Room site.
[@LuvGreenEmber] and @Dikko_The_Squolf_ invited me here after joining the fanclub I made on DeviantArt. ^^ I had some trouble for a while with the site refusing to load, but I'm glad it finally decided to work!! 😁
I found out about it from my Sister, @meadow :)
Okay, so I was a beginner in the GE books and I couldn’t get ahold of book three. I looked up Spoilers for Ember rising and that’s how I found it. I started reading the post and the people on the site seemed really nice. I signed up and started posting. When Ian made a second page on Wingfeather we absolutely blew things up. Kate decided we needed (another) new page. I had some technical difficulties getting on the first few months and then I found out that there was an app. I downloaded the app and then I started posting. Every since I have been having a great time. :)
@Bearer of the Flame and @TGEFanForever thanks for sharing...
I found it through S.D. smith site
I found it when I was looking up GE stuff; I hadn't been able to sign up for the GE wiki, but when I saw this I knew I would be able to. So, I did! Lol
