Okay, so time for my before the chapter ramble. Why is my tablet cold??? Also, I won't be on Thursday to Saturday.
My happy chapters are over. Back into the sadness of a world where everyone lives in treason. Sorry, y'all. Told you all this was short
Have some art of Falcowit though.
A week later, the great white bird came back. It appeared his name was Falcowit. Jupie became fast friends with the great white bird, and they hung out a lot.
Fleck was wary of Falcowit. And for good causes, too. Two months later, a few raptor bombs hit Kingston. That started it all. The next day was full out war.
"Falcowit won't turn on me." Jupie said. He was smiling.
"Or would he?" Fleck asked. Cassie was surprised to see him.
"Aren't you grounded? For nearly getting a rabbit killed? And walking to the other side of the lake? Even though none of that's your fault?" Cassie asked.
"Yeah. I'm grounded until trees grow wings, so forever." Fleck laughed.
"Why are you here?" Julie asked.
"Excitement, battle, a chance to test my skill..." Fleck ranted on. Suddenly Jupie screamed.
Falcowit was coming towards them. With a bomb.
"Jupie, your raptor is gonna kill us all!" Cassie yelled.
"Yeah. Treason!" Jupie yelled. The bird launched his bomb. Fleck jumped to meet it, but someone leapt in front of him. The bomb exploded. It was all in slow motion.
Jupie fainted from shock. When he opened his eyes, Fleck was crying.
" Dad, no. You should have let me face it." Fleck sobbed. His dad had intervened the bomb!
"you.... Are.... Too young.... Leave... Kingston... You... Are a.... Real... Warrior,... Son." Fleck's dad finished.
" Dad? Dad? Dad?" Fleck asked, but his father was gone. The young buck whirled on Jupie.
"This is all your fault!" Fleck yelled.
"No! It's not!" Jupie burst into tears. Fleck sighed.
" I... I know." Fleck whispered. Jupie embraced his friend.
TWENTY MINUTES LATER
" I trusted you, Falcowit." Jupie yelled.
" And I was trustworthy, for a time." Falcowit flew off, leaving Jupie fuming. Until he remembered some advice he had once heard.
" Falcowit, I forgive you!" Jupie yelled? It made him feel better.
So that, my friends, is the story of Falcowit. Some say that the reason he is so evil is because of this, but I believe the true reason is that he just doesn't understand what Jupie yelled. Now, he is dead, and though it may be a relief to some, I know that Jupie still feels sad. Somehow, somehow he found the good in Falcowit.
Anyone want a tissue?🤧🤧 Lol
