So a couple years ago, my dad tore a tendon in his right shoulder and had a hectic year with surgeries and physio, and managed to get some range motion and strength and all that. Today, he was working and something snapped in his left shoulder and he's in a bunch of pain and has no range of motion whatsoever... can you pray that the doctors find what's wrong and that it heals quick? (Like, super quick, otherwise I have to lead worship by myself for the next couple weeks 😬 but I might be pushing my luck)
