Hello, how are you?
As an artist (maybe), I want to find my art style, and I’m torn at the moment. Some of my art is black-lined, some is a darker Color of the Color within the lines. That sounds confusing, so here’s an example of smp fanart I got whisked into because Grian DECIDED TO MESS WITH A RIFT! (But I don’t blame him)
This is the darker coloured lines,
And here’s the black-lined, though, I left the slime on jimmy’s shoulders and boots cuz slime🤷♀️.
Any insight is helpful, thanks so much, God bless and see you later!

I'm a bit late on this, but first of all, very cool :)
I think the top picture looks smoother and more professional. The colored lines help smooth everything out.
In other assorted thoughts, the bright background distracts me from the characters, which is too bad because I think you drew them very well. The opacity of the fins and the rough edges of the wings are my favorite parts.
Also, the proportions are a bit warped in places. Proportions are hard, but flipping your drawing horizontally while working on it helps give you a new perspective so you can catch errors.
