Apparently the ages I have for the rabbits are very, uh, young in comparison to everyone elses lol. (This is partially based off the fact that it's a middle-grade series, and 'adult hood' is a relative term and different cultures have different standards regarding age for marriage/leaving the house/ect. so it was also an excuse for me to world build? Plus, most seventeen year olds aren't still, like, playing games meant for ten-year-olds. No offense to anyone who does, it's just not typical. So I'm thinking mid teens for most of the characters. I think the only thing anyone's gotten out of this so far is that I overthink everything)

MY TIME HAS COME I HAD A WHOLE DOC FULL OF MY ESTIMATIONS HAHAHAHA

(Just gonna do a quick spoiler warning!)

(Also, when I refer to 'post-epilogue' I'm referring to EE's one-year timeskip, not the actual epilogue with all of Heather and Picket's children)

Ok so first I gotta clarify my interpretation of the timeline of the series.

Book One, I estimated, is about 6 months (from what I can tell, there's a lot of gaps in between the chapters. It makes sense lol) This is where it gets a little muddled for me in terms of timeline. Picket mentions in ER that a week has passed since Smalls' death, so it's natural to assume the gap between mid-EF and ER is a week. I'd assume the events of EF take place over a month or so. ER takes about a week, two weeks at most. EE might take about a month or two.

The total timeline for this would be one year maximum, plus the one year skip at the end of EE (I'm not sure how the Last Archer books would play in, seeing as I haven't read them in ages). Of course, this is my interpretation of it.

That being said, here are my estimations of the ages (totally not ignoring the chart...I had a whole doc full of my age guesses so...) :

Heather is said to be near adulthood in the first book. Beginning, she'd be about 18 (nearly 19, perhaps) and then 20 at the end, PRE-EPILOGUE. Post-epilogue, she'd be 21.

Picket - 17 at the beginning (nearly 18, maybe), 19 at the end, pre-epilogue. 20 post-epilogue.

Jacks is where it gets muddled for me heh. 6 months (according to Book One) at the beginning, then maybe about 1 - 1 1/2 during ER. That would make him about 2, maybe 3 in EE. This is confusing, because I don't think any of us know a 1 year old who can talk that well. So for now I'll just say he's five and figure it out later xD

Smalls - 19 first book, 20 end of EE, and 21 post-epilogue.

Whit - I imagine him to be in his mid 20s (24, 25) as of ER.

Winslow - Late 20s (28, 29) as of ER. He's said to look older than he actually is so...

Emma - Around the same age as Picket, if not a few months older.

Kyle - same as Emma, probably a few months older than Picket. Maybe closer to Heather's age.

Onto the Fowlers!! -

Cole and Heyna - I imagine them to be Smalls' age.

Jo - Maybe a few months older than Heather? I'm not sure, to be honest.

Perk - Always saw him as a little older than Smalls. So...maybe 22 around EF...?

Others (watch as I slowly get more and more confused at the state of things...) -

Weezie - Same age as Picket, tbh. Can't see her any other way.

The Longtreader BrosTM - All in their 40s ish. I won't go into too much detail since it gives me a headache lol. Sween would be in the same age range.

Helmer and Airen - 50s? See, this is where it gets all muddled for me...so much to think about...

Jupiter, before he died - I could see him dying in his 30s, lol. I'll explain it a little more if you want.

Glen - Probably in her 50s, MAYBE late 40s if we're stretching it. Early 30s when Jupiter died...

That's everyone I had written down. Of course, this is entirely my interpretation of things...and I haven't edited the doc since the release of EE! But it kind of works out...THIS WAS SO LONG GOOD GRIEF ENJOY MY RAMBLING
