Ok, guys, as far as we know, Emma is Smalls’ canonical sister.
BUT…
If that‘s true, then why do Smalls and Emma look nothing alike? Why has Lady Glenn NEVER talked to Emma? Why do ONLY Smalls and Uncle Wilfred know of her alleged secret identity? And why does she not have a bodyguard like Smalls does??
Just saying. Kinda suspicious now that you think about it, huh? Plus, I need someone to review this theory with so my brain doesn’t explode thinking it over. Lol
ok, so this is random but explanation:
Say, this is one litter of baby rabbits.
in this litter we have:
three blue/black's
1 spotted blue/black
2 otters
1 spotted otter.
both parents looked nothing like any of these kits.
say GE rabbits are similar.
so, hidden genetics and stuff. it's really hard to explain....
say great-grandpa could be brindle-colored. It would be in the genetics code? so it wouldn't be unlikely for Emma to inherit that color...
[that's probably in-correct, seeming as my knowledge of genetics is limited to bunnies and goats and i'm still in middle school.... :/]
Pretty sweet that there are CC'ers on here!!! Its even up in CANADA! Challenge II next year...
@Ginny Weezly I can't believe it. Please tell me if you ever come to Lincoln. You could come visit me. I am the 1AC and the 2NC. We are doing our debates over three weeks. Next week I am affirmative. I think I am ready. And then two weeks after that I am negative. One of the kids in my class has already done team policy debate before, so his team has a pretty good chance. I am being affirmative against him. (That's what I wanted.)
Oh my goodness! I just screamed!!! I do Challenge 1 too. Where is your CC? My is at Faith Bible Church in Lincoln. If you ever come to Lincoln, tell me. What are you doing for debate? I am affirmative and negative.
Whoa! I missed a lot of discussion. Sorry, I wasn't here. I was at my homeschool group, and just got back. Anyone hear of CC(Classical Conversations?) I totallly agree with @Ginny Weezly.
There are plenty of rabbits in the Green Ember series who look nothing like their families, like Heather, her parents are both gray yet she is white. Smalls' father is brown while his mother is gray, and he's white too.
The theory makes sense, but why?
Why would they lie about their relationship to the few they told?
It could be to protect Emma's real identity, but what could be so bad about her family/own past that they would; 1)Lie about it, and 2) And lying about lying about it?
She is his sister. With rabbits you can have a litter that all look nothing alike. Like one time one of my rabbits had twelve babies. some were brown, some were black, some were white, some were multi-colored. Also, one litter of rabbits can have multiple fathers which can cause a more diverse litter, color and body type wise. Also, the books stated that Lady Glen would often visit Emma when she was little. It said that she often held Emma when she was there. Plus, Emma's body guard is Heyna. So while this is a good theory and very smart out of the box thinking, all the evidence points to them being siblings. Feel free to dispute this if you don't believe so.
