I'm gonna highlight the "OFF the PAGE." bit. What does he mean?????

Well by logical reasoning, it can't be a new book since it's not on a page. One theory could be a graphic novel but this too is disproved by the lack of pages in this new content. It could be an audio book but that's not likely since that's really nothing big. This leaves me with three theories, two of which seem more likely.
