Sooo... can we do this as long as we understand it's not sanctioned by New Seddleton, and our parents are okay with that?

If you or anyone else would like to put together a Hangouts chat, you are free to do so. For the time being, the Citadel Lords would prefer that a Hangouts group not be an official NS entity but you are welcome to create an unofficial one! If you do, we would recommend creating a link-based chat that doesn't require anyone giving out their email addresses. Chats are definitely a practical way of socializing online but please keep in mind that parents should always be aware and approve of any of your online activities! In regards to the video chat, unfortunately, doing the video chat on google won't fix any of the problems.
Well, we could either make a group chat on hangouts. Or, we COULD do a video call, and you don't have to show yourself. I would prefer if we made a group chat with everyone.
