Welcome one and all to the third occasion of the Jupiter Awards! It’s been a year since we last held this event, between the 2019-2020 holiday season and all the craziness that’s come since. In that time we’ve also been blessed with two additional Green Ember Archer books and Ember’s End, the conclusion to this series we have all come to enjoy. While we hope for more to come, there’s plenty of material to work from for this new session of the awards.
This post is for the nomination of candidates for each category. Since it’s been so long, we’ve decided to reuse the original ten categories from our first run, as follows:

Funniest Duo

Helmer... that's the only part of the book that I actually cried while reading.
Jo Shanks. He's not the funniest in the second and third book, but he's nothing short of hilarious in the fourth: "Dear Kyle: You are the great nitwit of the world. Love, Jo Shanks."

Uh, probably dragons 5. I'm still in love with Cloud Mountain... I cry when I hear the theme music 6. Best battle? I LOVED the battle for First Warren, I legit screamed... well, not really; I just get a little too excited. 7. Best escape, probably Akolan. 8. *sniff* Helmer... 9. JO! He is FREAKING AMAZING in AC! 😂😂 10. Either Pick and Helmer or Jo and Cole.
We could possible do some...but we don't think it really matters because the last two rounds haven't had the points counted.....so its kind of just for fun right now....
