So I'm kind of surprised nobody posted about this, but apparently S.D. Smith had a live event online last night. I wasn't able to participate due to my work schedule.
Was anybody on here able to take part? Any fun comments or interesting trivia?
@Eliza Yes I do. I actually didn’t know that until just now because we hadn’t checked our email even though there’s nothing that we’re busy with. LOL
I was able to take part in it and there was no trivia. He sang Picket Packslayer with some of his fam and did a Q and A. He suggested some books and showed a wooden book that is buddy made. It was cool. Then he pulled out a GE sword at the end. He had a tee-shirt give away too. Sadly I didn't win. Lol
Both, he said he finished writing the one before he wrote the Green Ember and might be publishing it. Also some others like Tumbleweed Thompson and some others.
Unfortunately, I don't believe the video was to be available afterwards. I can check, though. As for Picket Packslayer, I intend to figure out the notes and chords for the melody, and maybe put it into sheet music or record it.
@Ian G. Absolutely no pressure, but if you could do that, that would be awesome! As S. D. Smith also sings "Picket Packslayer" in his Green Ember LIVE performances, a recording of the song would be a great addition to the wiki. Provided you gave your permission to upload it, of course. :)
I meant to post about it, but I found out the morning of and was busy most of the day. The best part for me was hearing "Picket Packslayer" sung by the Smiths.
@Kaleb Do you get S. D. Smith's emails? Your picture was on his one yesterday!

Send me the link @Ian G.! PLEASE! Also, is anyone else listening to the one tomorrow. I am.

Well, I am listening to him tomorrow live.
