Hi guys! I know stress is something we all probably have, even if we don't know it. I like meditation sometimes, and it is really good for reducing stress. Something new my family found is called Pilate. Some of you have probably heard of it. It can be a very quick workout, and it is fun, especially when you do it with a group. And it is simple. I think you guys can see this video: Pilates 101 - YouTube. Please try it! It would be fun, and if you don't like it, that's fine, but I would really love if you tried it, and told me what you thought.
