Least Favorite Version of Santa (from different movies):
Favorite Song: This is a hard one... I'll just list a few. "While Shepherds Watched" by Andrew Peterson (the whole Behold the Lamb of God album is the best), "Born on that Day" by Matt Maher, "Oh What a Glorious Night" by Sidewalk Prophets... and so many more.
Favorite Movie: I've heard it argued that It's a Wonderful Life isn't really a Christmas movie, but whatever. It kind of is. Also the classic "A Christmas Carol" is also really good and faithful to the original play/story.
Favorite Tradition: For the past few years my family has gone to candlelight services on the night of Christmas Eve, and I really love that.
Favorite Version of Santa (from different movies): Idk... I'll say the one from Prep and Landing.
Least Favorite Song: I generally dislike most secular/popular Christmas songs, but "Santa Baby" is definitely the worst I've heard. At least "Last Christmas" and "All I Want for Christmas is You" are catchy enough to sing ironically, but "Santa Baby" is just obnoxious and selfish and entitled and gross (in my opinion)
Least Favorite Movie: Uh... I don't remember very well, but Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer was just kind of dumb; like, as a song it's weird but fine, but as an animated TV special it's just too much.
Least Favorite Tradition: My family never did it, but I find the Elf on the Shelf thing a bit strange.
Least Favorite Version of Santa (from different movies): I really don't know... I'll go with the one from the aforementioned Grandma Got Run Over...
Just about anything Christmas!
Fred Clause, Home Alone, and It's a Wonderful Life
Chocolate gravy and biscuits on Christmas morning with bacon, sausage, and eggs!!! We're not doing it on Christmas morning this year though were doing it on Christmas eve instead.
Santa from the Santa Clause or from Fred Clause
The song that goes last year I gave you my heart...urgh...and Santa Baby....that one creeps us out...
The Christmas Shoes it is such a sad, cheesy movie...
Waiting forever for everyone to get in the living room so we can read the Christmas story and open presents
The santa from The Christmas Switch, we just watched it the other night....but didn't like the santa...
Anything Pentatonix or Cimorelli, and for the latter Jingle Bells in Minor Key, O Holy Night, or Mary Did You Know. And then I love Hark the Glad Sound (we learned it recently).
IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE!!! Then comes The Nativity Story and A Christmas Carol. Then A Polar Express.
I really don't know. We don't really have unique traditions. Oh wait, I know! We do a sibling gift exchange (like a Secret Santa, but we don't call it that), and it's so fun picking out gifts for whoever is your person, and guessing who your own person will be.
Usually, I dislike any movie with Santa in it. Sorry. The Polar Express might have the most tolerable Santa. idk
Do You Hear What I Hear? I very much do not like it. (edit: I don't like the tune, I mean.)
Elf. The jokes are kind of disgusting. Sorry!
I don't think I have a least favorite. Okay, maybe the tradition of eating candy. I mean, it's yummy, but I don't like having the allowance or opportunity to eat as much as I want (not that I do - I'm just talking about the general principle or whatever).
There's a movie that I'm thinking of right now that has a just horrible and gross Santa in it, but (maybe thankfully) I can't remember the name.
Anything Pentonix
The grinch, not live action or original, the other one
having my 14 cousins in the house screaming at everyone to wake up for presents
the one from Rudolph the red nose reindeer, he just gives me “cool” vibes
Grandma got run over by a reindeer
Wrapping presents. I AM THE WORST AT WRAPPING PRESENTS! Like, something must be wrong with me but I can’t wrap a present, I’m just not sophisticated enough I guess
Waiting for my mom to grab her coffee that she somehow always forgets in the kitchen. (If you didn’t know I’m not a very patient person and those seconds kill me. slowly, but it happens.)
1."Light of Christmas" by Owl City
"Joy to the World" fK&C
"Like it's Christmas" Jonas Brothers
2. The Santa Clause 2 or The Grinch (CGI)
3. Opening a board game on Christmas Eve to play
4. The Santa Clause, RoTG, or Christmas Chronociles
5. All I Want for Christmas Is You (uuuuuugh)
6. The Polar Express (kind of creepy to me)
7. Having to wait for a few seconds while my dad goes to the living room first. We can't open presents in there before that...
