Midnight slouched against the mine shaft’s side. Othing was going right. There was nothing out there for a rabbit with wings. Not bird wings. Wings of the legendary dragon.
No one could be trusted. No one, that is, except Koda.
Koda was her lizard. It was strange, how they’d met. Both of them had needed each other. They had needed friends.
Midnight shivered, remembering what life at Kingston had bee like. Her father, brother to Lord Victor Blackstar, had hated her. But her mother hadn’t cared that she was different and had loved her the same.
But she had run away, about 3 years ago. It had been the middle of winter, cold, very very cold. She had been so cold that it had been a relief to find Koda in the forest. But it had been so cold they could not stop.
Midnight and Koda had trekked all these 3 long years. At every bend they expected to find a home, at first. But as time wore on, they had lost all hope of finding someone trustworthy enough.
And now here they were, stranded in a mine shaft. As Midnight was about to get up, she heard a loud crash. Koda took off through the shaft, and Midnight followed.

“Rabbit cookies, rabbit cookies! Get your rabbit cookies before they get cold!” Trinity shouted above the noise. “Why am I selling these on the main street?” she muttered.
Trinity knew the rabbits here were broken and enslaved. But, she thought, they could not break her. They could not stop her from smiling and giving a few cookies out for free when no one was looking.
She had doubted they would even allow her to sell the cookies. But they had.
“Cookies? In enemy territory? You idiot.” Trinity looked up. A pure white doe with a black diamond on her forehead was looking at her, standing next to the doe was a short buck with hazel-brown fur and the same color of eyes.
"I'm no idiot." she said.
"Yeah Bastille," the Buck began, " you can't expect to walk up to anybody you want and call them an idiot."
"Oh sure i can, Stretch." Bastille said. Stretch and Bastille began to argue.
"Stop!" Trinity called. "Stop! please!" When they didn't, Trinity pixcked up her account book and slapped them both over the head.
' "I SAID STOP!" She roared. "I'm Trinity, what do you want?"
"Have you seen this idiots twin brother who also happens to be an idiot?" Bastille asked.
"Unfortunately not. but i can help you look for him."
"That would be fine. his name is Fleck Cove." Stretch said. Trinity nodded, agreeing on one condition: that Bastille stopped calling her an idiot.
"Idiot." Bastille mumbled as they left.
btw, Midnight is for @Toothless x Luna, hope i did her right so far!!!
feedback would be appreciated...
-Fleck [who is writing a random jibberish story.
I want to read the random gibberish story but I don't remember saving it. Urgh lol
Ooh, a rabbit with wings! Just curious, how long before the Green Ember does this take place? It would be fun for Broken Arrow and Midnight to meet.
AAA!! Bastille! Lol. Everbody's an idiot. Poor Midnight. I love her so far.
Wow, this is so interesting and so well written! I really liked Trinity's part (btw both the name Trinity and the name Midnight are amazing!) and it began so intriguingly. (Hmm, what do rabbit cookies taste like?) Amazing job!!
also sorry for typos. Microsoft word wasnt working, so i had to transfer this to wordpad thingy halfway through the chapter...
