“Your grandfather was right; you are an idiot!” Flash yelled, as we darted around a corner, arrows whooshing past our heads.
“Thawn didnea go as I planneded!” I called out, as I dunked under an open window.
“Oh, you think!” Flash yelled back, as he jumped through a window, glass shattered everywhere. I put my arm over my eyes and followed him.
“I'm a sorry! I'm a sorry! I'm a sorry! I’m a sorry!” I said, dunking, as an arrow zipped past my head.
“Thawn was close!” I said.
“You deserved it! If it weren’t for you, we’d be back by now in a warm house, instead of running for our lives in the freezing cold!” Flash said, as he pushed himself to run faster.
“You two bucks are dead!” the Captain of the Terralian soldiers called out.
“Actually, I'm very mucle alive, thank ye,” I said, looking over my shoulder, but because I wasn't paying attention I ran into something or more than less someone. We fell to the ground in a tangle rolling in the cold icy snow.
“Ack, you idiot!” Flash yelled.
Now we laid on the ground in a very tangled mess, but hey, I had a soft cushion, I landed on top of Flash, but it wasn't as comfortable as I thought it was, since I felt a sword pointed at my back.
“Oh crap,” I whispered.
“What do you mean? What, what, what’s going on?” Flash said.
“We’re dead,” I replied.
“You've got to be kidding me,” Flash hissed.
“Actually, I'm nea, since I'm the wan with a sword pointed at my back,” I said calmly.
“Blast it, Gallio! You idiot!” Flash said.
“Get to your feet,” The Captain said.
“Why would I do thawn? If I get up, you are just goin’ ta kill me.” I said.
“Just do it!” The Captain said with a bitter tone.
I winced, as I felt the point of the swords pressure increase and warm blood trickle down my back.
“Ye ken, this is kind of a daft plan, I mean ye are threatening ta kill me if I deanea get up, but when I get up ye are just goin’ ta kill me anyway, so cannea I just die where I am, instead of standing up and dyin’ anyway?”
“For the sake of your life and my life, would you just listen to him, Gallio!” Flash said.
“You have a smart friend there, little one,” The captain said.
“Actually, he's kind of daft sometimes,” I said trying to remain cool.
“Just get up!” The captain said with a harsh tone, as he releaseed the pressure on the sword.
“Okey, princess, if ye say so,” I said, as Flash slung me off. I rolled in the snow, over and over and over again. I was dizzy as a Taralian Soldier came over and roughly grabbed me by the collar my shirt pulling me to my feet.
“Why didnea ye do this earlier? He is very efficient,” I said, looking at the rabbit that held me by the collar of my shirt, then at the captain, who had a nasty look on his face, I grinned and he glared, I frowned.
“Aww, why so pouty? Perhaps it's because thawn wan of ye’re soldiers are smarter than ye?”
The captain’s glare became harder and he balled his hands into a fist, as he walked towards me.
“The truth hurts, aye?” I said, grin returning.
“I hate you,” the captain said, gritting his teeth.
“Thank ye so mucle! Ta the bottom of my heart. It is hard ta find a good person ta argue with these days, it was so mucle fun, but I'm afraid I'm goin to have to go.”
The captain was about to strike me, but then he stopped cocking his ears and my grin only became bigger. Help was on its way.
