Thought it might be fun to start a thread in which we propose names for characters who have yet to be named within the Green Ember universe, despite our knowledge of their existence. This includes notable dragons, Jupiter’s unnamed brother, etc.

For the first submission, I chose the (brown?) hawk who gets killed by Jo Shanks during the final battle of Ember’s End along with an eagle I’m just going to say is Gern. Since I’d like to think S.D. Smith didn’t apply the name Vardon to another boring Preylord, I consider this hawk the only member of the Six whose name we don’t know. The least interesting member of the Six-except maybe for Falcowitson-deserves an appropriate name, and I hereby propose the following:

I’d also considered Morbinson, but he died rather too easily for me to be firm on that one.
